Cancellations and Changes
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
For the benefit of other clients who may be on a waitlist, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all Sound therapy sessions. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and we are unable to reschedule you on the same day, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged (information available at the time of booking).
Changes or cancellations can be made without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. We would love to rebook you to another more suitable time. Changes can be made online or by contacting Your Path Guide.
