  1. Your Path Guide representative will provide a copy of the requestor’s personal information as held by the organisation.
  • If the requestor asks for amendments to their personal information, this will be completed via a call and subsequently verified in writing with the requestor. In this case, the amendments will be updated in Your Path Guide’s records.
